Shannon is the Administrator of Shady Oaks Care Center in Lake City. On 9/26/08 Shady Oaks had its 40th anniversary. They had games, a cotton candy machine, and a bounce house for the kids. Plus a polka band (Yippee!) and good food for all.
This week is Southern Cal's homecoming. Tonight they had the coronation and skit competition. Last year, as a freshman, Liv's class won the skit competition. I think this year they have it in the bag! It was hilarious! Dress up tough football players as women and you are a shoe in!
This year's theme is "The Olympics". This is supposed to be Shawn Johnson - no offense to her!
Our guy "cheerleaders" decided to join the real squad for the school fight song.
Liv was the only girl in the skit group. She was in charge of music. Here she is with the group.
Good times, good times :)

oh my gosh....i am sure that was a hoot!!!! i wish our school did some fun things like that for the kids..the kids just don't get excited about homecoming...and i hate that because they only get to do this once...and before you know it you have to be a grown up and can't go back to redo...maybe you will have to email me to give me a list of some of the things they do up there for homecoming!!!!
What fun!!!! I miss living in a community that has events like that. The last Homecoming I attended was our senior year.....that was a REALLY long time ago!!!!!
hey how is the haunted house going??? just want to invite you over to my blog for a tag....if you want to join in!!!! it is kind of fun and pretty funny to see what people write about themselves!
