skiing & tubing in boone

Since the midwest is suffering through the longest & coldest winter we have seen in a long, long while, we decided to make the best of it and go skiing/tubing. It was a balmy 6 degrees under a bright, full moon last Friday night as we made our way to Seven Oaks in Boone, IA. We had a blast! Zoe, Shannon and I all took our lives in our hands and went tubing! Zoe showed no fear, but it took me awhile to work up the courage to take on the "mountain". I have to say...it was a lot of fun!!
